I stumbled into this place on Presidents’ Day. So I started with the artichoke dip. Then the chicken dumpling soup. Local IPA. Ended with the key lime pie. If I wasn’t married I would marry me for taking me here. This was excellent. Unpretentious and friendly. Highly recommend.

This is the place the locals go for lunch. I know this because I asked them and they told me. They said get the spinach dip and the rosemary sandwich and I did. That’s when I realized why the place was so busy. It was busy because it was delicious. There must be some sort of local hand signal that lets them know you want the dip and the bagel chips because everybody had it on their table. My wife got a pot roast sandwich that was very good as well. I offered her a bite of my Rosemary sandwich and she liked it so much that she did not want to give it back. We made a deal that we would trade the second halves of our sandwiches that way she would hand my sandwich back. Good thing she filled up on spinach dip and I was able to eat both halves.

I love Corner Cafe, but the service I received today, or the lack thereof, was unacceptable. I’m a college student and when I come home I look forward to eating at Corner Cafe. My partner and I came in and sat down, and two employees were sat down eating, the one facing us immediately got up and went into the kitchen. The server continued eating. We waited around 15 minutes before leaving and no employee approached our table, the server even got up and took out an order to a different table without coming to us. I’ve been a server for years so I understand not wanting to take another table close to shift change, but as long as you’re clocked in you should be doing your job.

Just had dinner at this great restaurant. Lucas was our server. He alone gets 5 stars! He was very personable and kind! He served us an amazing gazpacho! He went above and beyond! The spinach artichoke dip is always a must! We love it here!

Went in with the kids for a pizza on a Saturday night, no wait to be seated, service was great through the evening. Excellent meal, pizza was absolutely HUGE and was some of the best I’ve had in Carrollton for sure! Kudos to the cooks. Give this place a visit!

I got the Corner Club and it was VERY good. We also had the spinach and artichoke dip with bagel chips. I wish the server would’ve offered more bagel chips while we waited for our food but it is what it is. I would eat here again!

My fiancé and I visited during a mid week, mid day lunch rush. Although they were pretty busy, we got our food within 10 minutes for a to-go order. The atmosphere was pretty cool and the front desk lady was nice. I enjoyed my corner club but my fiancé said the chipotle chicken was an overall dry sandwich and lacked flavor. We thought maybe sauce was missing or maybe that’s just what we expected for the sandwich. Next time we go, we shall try different options as they have plenty to choose from.
