The Corner Market in Ottawa is, in my humble opinion, the best coffee shop in the city. The food is great and the drinks are amazing. There is plenty of space for larger groups and the atmosphere is great. The only gripe I have is that sometimes it can take a while to order and get your food so definitely not the place to go in a rush.

It’s really easy to write a generic review and say the food is excellent, drinks are excellent, service and atmosphere are excellent, because that’s all true. But above and beyond all those incredible qualities is this: I left my purse there like a fool, and they kept it safe for me all day while I walked around blissfully ignorant to what I was missing lol. When I called after they were already closed to inquire if it was there, they allowed me to quick pop in and grab it. (I hope they didn’t have to stay too much longer than they normally would have!) Can’t begin to explain how much I appreciated that, excellent human beings working at a great spot. Thanks friends.

Great service! Had the breakfast burrito (chorizo) and was delicious. Way more than I could eat! Had a vanilla, cinnamon, almond latte (hot) and they mixed it all perfectly.

Not from the area, but was out visiting family. Stopped in here since my grandma worked in the building during the war and wanted to see the transformation. Food was good, interior looks great, staff was very kind. Definitely a great addition to Ottawa, always happy to see more places like this popping up every time I come back!

Food is pricey for what you get. Ordered decaf americano with a little oat milk and it tasted like watered down milk. Decaf was made as a pour over that took 30 seconds. Mentioned it didn’t taste like coffee and they said it was because it is decaf… ordered this in many other coffee shops and it always tastes like coffee

Intimate and urban coffee shop in the heart Ottawa. Breakfast and lunch menu offer a varied selection. Coffee is rich and smooth! Always welcoming with a fireplace inside. Outside seating available too. Busy at lunch so order early. Highly recommend!
