Best Tacos in Rochester, MN! The Vampiros are amazing – highly recommend. Note: If you get 4, you will eat 4. Queso is good. Fries are good. Tres Leches uses store bought sheet cake, but it’s still tasty. I don’t usually like refried beans, but these were pretty good – tasted like they used lard. And yay – the rice doesn’t have corn. Ha. The person who answered the phone was awesome – super polite and helpful in person, too. The place was packed…for good reason. Not a ton of tables to dine inside (yet…expansion in progress). But it was very clean.

My mom wanted (at noon) carne asada to bring home to me. When she explained what it was, the lady said, “oh, I understand!”. And delivered the tastiest deconstructed street tacos so I could heat them up at home for supper. Best tacos ever!! Thanks! I’d show a picture, but all you would get is an empty plate!!

Stoped by today after trying their downtown location last week. It was as good or better. They really went out of their way to answer questions about the menu and make sure we would enjoy what we ordered. The flavors were outstanding and we will definitely coming back. Six different meats available, can’t wait to try them all.
