Make sure you eat here while walk-ins are still easy to accommodate, because they won’t be for long. This place is phenomenal, the food is delectable, locally sourced, and redeveloped every couple weeks. The wait staff are hospitable and highly knowledgeable. And the ambiance is perfect. I don’t know if what higher praise I can give it to get you in the door, make sure you check it out.

I’ve been going to Corto since 2019, and it never disappoints. Superior service, delicious food, they do change the menu pretty often, so you get to try new things every time. My all time favorites are Casarecce pasta with sausage, black risotto, octopus, and of course olive oil cake. The staff is extremely welcoming and nice, they treat you like an old friend. The best Italian restaurant in JC!
