Not good. This is not a real Cosi. It’s a satellite store. Full menu, but nothing is cooked there. The food was basically inedible. The bread was chewy and the chicken was something out of a school lunch. It’s also impossible to find this place because it is inside a large government building and there is no sign outside – just as well, it limits the disappointment.

My sandwich was UNDER subway quality and costed $20. Tomato basil soup was so oily I had to sift it before eating. Grilled Chicken salad was high school cafeteria level. Wasn’t even a fresh piece of chicken, it was like the crumbled prepackaged perdue chicken from the grocery store

Usually working on large catering orders, which doesn’t allow speed. There’s no space to make fresh bread so they get it shipped in and baked. Location is hidden in an office building the entrance is on the side
