I definitely suggest coming here! The building includes three restaurants, an Italian market, and a pastry/ice cream shop! The main floor restaurant is casual, cafeteria-style and has options ranging from salads and sandwiches to pasta and pizza. Most of the food looks great, and we certainly hope you come back!

If you haven’t had the Mostaccioli Con Ricotta from Cossetta’s you haven’t lived yet. It is truly comfort food at its best, and still as amazing as it was the very first time I tried it years ago. I did the online takeout option this time: It was extremely easy to get into the restaurant & get my food without having to stand in the long line on the other side of the restaurant. There are some easily accessible takeout parking spots in the alley behind the restaurant too. Before I picked up my takeout order, I also went into the grocery corner & bought all the ingredients for making pizza at home later this week as well! Their products are high quality & extremely fresh! I was helped by a super friendly gentleman at the grocery checkout counter too.

3.5 stars. Enjoyed our first time here. Great for large groups to go grab food cafeteria style. Signage could be better to explain where tables are for eating and what the menu items are exactly. I couldn’t find descriptions of the main courses so I wasn’t confident to order any of them. I chose a penne pasta with ricotta and red sauce. Ended up going BACK through the line bc I didn’t realize I could get meatballs with it (didn’t even see them the first time through).

We stopped in for a quick bite of Gelato. Wow, FANTASTIC! The only problem was not ordering 35 other deserts! The Gelato was scrumptious and the atmosphere was relaxing. Would definitely return!

A fresh hot slice is such a great lunch/meal. I like the sausage slice the best personally. Sandwiches look amazing , so do the pasta salads. Everything is so good.

Cossetta is good, it’s fine for a quick bite when you’re in a rush. It’s not a place I would drive a long distance for. I do like how they are set up, come in grab your tray and order your food. Keep moving- essentially a cafeteria that serves Italian food. Find a seat on the first floor or venture upstairs, sit on the patio, bus your own table.

I love Arthur Ave and Little Italy in NY… so it was a pleasant surprise to know St Paul had this gem. Awesome experience all around. Quick and quite the variety. Will come again for pasta night essentials
