We go here every time we’re near Denver. Wish we had a Costa Vida in Fort Collins! We love their sweet pork salad and raspberry chicken burrito. With their ranch poured on any and all of it!

I have ordered Costa Vida for other work functions (in other locations) and it is always great. The food is tasty and there is plenty of food for everyone. HOWEVER, I ordered lunch, Taco Bar, for our work crew of 65 people (which was more than I knew I was going to have) at the Westminster, CO location and when I unloaded the food at work I was very disappointed to see meat for about 40 people. I knew unloading it, it wasn’t going to be enough meat. I was right, we ran out of meat at 40 people (people were barely taking any meat to save some for others). Needless to say I had some very unhappy colleagues. Don’t order catering from them.

The service was horrible. Me and my fiance stopped one afternoon to try a different place. We ordered tacos and a Burrito to- go. We had to ask for drinks and planed on getting some chips and salsa but the cashier ran my card so fast we didn’t have a chance to even ask ( and we were the only people in the restaurant so it’s not like they were busy) they didn’t give us napkins or utensils so buy the time we went to Walmart to get utensils to eat with our food was cold and soggy. I don’t recommend this location. The customer service was awful and it wasn’t worth the time and money spent. I’ve had better experiences at taco Bell.

Careful going later in the evening. We have gone and it always feels like they are prepping to close an hour early. One time I am pretty sure they stopped making tortillas early. Food is decent enough. My kids prefer them for their only Mexican food choice along with Chipotle. Their chips are good. Food can come out a little over sauced. I love cheese but always feel like my meal comes out lite on cheese. They are pretty generous with the meat portions.

When we started going here 3 years ago it was pretty decent. The only reason why we come here is because my kids loves it. I can hardly hear the servers because the music is so loud, and I’m 38 and not some boomer with hearing aids! Food is hit or miss. Paper towel dispenser in the bathroom hasn’t worked for months. They almost never have the nice lemonade/limeade. I think they slapped an “out of order” sign on it so they don’t have to worry about making it. This place has gone downhill a lot.

Randomly went here and it was a pleasant surprise! They hand make their tortillas and seems all of the toppings are made fresh right there. Service was quick and friendly. Daily specials which include a drink. The food is unique and different than your basic Chipotle or Qdoba. I’m a visitor to this area, but will be coming back when I visit again… or maybe they’ll open in MN!

Arrived at 12:35pm with only one customer in front of me in line. Employees were friendly and kept the line moving. Atmosphere here is mediocre and food was fresh and very tasty. Store was clean and had plenty of condiments. No complaints.

Price posted was not the price charged (charged more than posted price). Food packaging for take out inappropriate (soup served in 2 small containers with toppings added to only one of the containers as “that is the amount you paid for”). Service and quality has deteriorated at this Costa Vida location.
