The food is incredible, but even on top of that, the service is next level. I have a corn syrup allergy and the manager, Erica, got on the phone with me and walked through ingredients, emailed their corporate office to make triple sure and then wrote a hand written note on my pickup meal with her business card confirming the ingredients in my specific meal. Blown away. Thank you, Erica!

“I recently visited Costa Vida in Lone Tree, Colorado and I must say, it was the best Costa Vida experience I have ever had! The food was delicious as always, but what really stood out was the incredible speed and friendliness of the staff. They were efficient, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was top-notch. I have been to many Costa Vida locations, but this one truly stands out as the best. the food is fresh and portions are nice, but everything is like ridiculously sweet!! the green sauce for smothered burritos says it’s a sweet heat, if you wanted a pound of sugar on your burrito. even the queso for chips had a weird sweetness to it, me and my friends agreed it almost tasted like a lobster bisque minus the lobster. it’s just strange!

Terrible server put Ranch dressing on my burrito without asking me if that’s what I had wanted. Then was very pushy in asking me to order other sauces on top of the burrito. They are trying to get people to pay more for additions, but I did not appreciate being rushed to select sauces and then getting a dressing out all over my food, when I never asked.

This has definitely my favorite burrito spot in Denver since 2013! I would highly recommend the sweet pork burrito smothered with green chili and cheese but honestly everything there is amazing. Dining outside is great with umbrellas and spaced out tables. Overall Costa Vida has an amazing atmosphere with delicious food and friendly staff!
