This was an amazing experience. Went here for a working lunch and was not disappointed. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was perfect. Immediately called my husband to say how impressed I was. We will be back with the whole family!

Pretty decent food. We always know we can get good gluten free meals here. Portions are a tad small in comparison with similar restaurants, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing. Location was clean and employees were great!

WoW! Had my bike serviced across the way….so glad I stopped in. Second I walked through the door I was pleasantly surprised…this place has atmosphere, large open space with bright fun colors and an awesome water tank feature, plenty of tables. It’s fast casual like chipotle…only done 300% better. Food was fresh delicious, key lime pie out of this world. Sizable portions and very friendly staff. Brooke even came walking around clearing your table and checking in several times. I haven’t experienced this level of service at nice restaurants!

Place should turn takeout only and figure out how to retain good employees. Food is decent, but the turnover rate here is concerning when I see hard working people leaving this for similar jobs in town.

I loved their food but my coworker just found a large piece of glass in his food and call to warn them just in case. They acted like its not a problem and just casual about it. They didn’t ask for his name, phone number or anything. Kind of scary.

They give a military discount year-round and their food is off the charts. They beat their competition Cafe Rio. Their serving sizes are significantly better for the same price or better. They also have things on the menu you cannot get anywhere else. Their customer service is amazing and you can get through the lines significantly faster than their “competitor” Cafe Rio. The staff there is exceptionally nice and it’s a pleasure seeing their smiling faces each time I go through the line. Last lead the rewards program far exceeds Cafe Rios.

The staff is very friendly and inviting as well as their ambiance. It has more of a beachy feel than anything else. My food was prepared quickly and tasted really good. Only reason I give them 4 stars is it didn’t really wow me it was just kind of everyday food.

First time eating here. I ordered the steak nachos and two shredded beef tacos. The presentation is good but the flavors just aren’t there. The rice is good but the pinto beans and black beans really needed to be cooked for probably another hour at least as they were definitely under cooked.

Went in to pickup food for dinner. I ordered at the counter for me and my 6 year old, just a couple quesadillas to go. The major problem was that when me and my son picked up the food to go (no bag or anything offered) the food was so Hot it burnt my kids hand and he dropped his food right in front of the counter! The employees did nothing to help fix, another customer came up and pointed it out to the employees. While I tried to pick up the mess, no one offered assistance or any help whatsoever. I finially asked if I could at least get some more rice since it went everywhere and just left carrying the hot plates by the edges of the containers. I know colorado stopped plastic bags. This is crazy and a possible injury, or burn to people trying to carry out hot food, can they just put hot items in a proper takeout carrier. My kid was super upset his hand hurt and I had to wait cool down to write this myself. So disappointing in how no one helped.

Comparable to Qdoba, Chipotle, and Cafe Rio, Costa Vida is my favorite over all of those. The selection is almost identical (chicken, beef, steak, or veggie in tacos, burritos, enchiladas, quesadillas, or nachos) but they just taste better here. Great desserts, too. The key lime pie is awesome and the sugar/cinnamon dessert tortillas are scrumptious. There is a kids menu, too.
