Awesome customer service. They make my food super quick and make sure to give me what I’m paying for. The employees are friendly too. Would recommend to anyone looking for quick food in the area. Last time when I got a kids meal, they didn’t put a whole lot of cinnamon on my cinnamon tortilla, but I’ll give them a pass because that’s the only time that has happened.

Went through the drive-thru and ordered a burrito extra lettuce. I had to say extra lettuce twice because the lady was too distracted. I was bombarded with the amount of “are you done yet, & anything else?” during my order taking. I got to the window and was given my food, id expect a thank you and not a “here you go”, and then slam the window shut in my face. I pull around to check the burrito and lo and behold no lettuce. I go back in to get it fixed and they rudely told me if i didn’t order it then I don’t get the extra lettuce. When I know damn well i had to repeat myself twice. I was then charged 5 extra dollars for some lettuce when the burrito itself is 10 bucks. make that make sense??? overall this experience was horrible, Dorian was not the welcoming bunch i’m assuming they took my order and gave me my food by the sound of the voice.

We had ordered our food online at 11:00 to have ready by 1:00. My manager called and verified that they received the online order and they had said yes. We went to pick up our food, which was not ready, they told us..”no need to double check, we got it”..we did not receive our lunch til 30 min later…they forgot our nachos, sour cream, and messed up on 2 salads. We went back and many customers were upset and waiting.. They food itself was good for the most part, but the service needs to improve immensely.

Superb work being done by extraordinary people. They were closing when we arrived. I knocked on the door and told a staff member that I didn’t want to eat somewhere else. I will be overjoyed if you guys can make us few meals, and they were quite gracious to agree to serve us. I adore the way our food is prepared and handled.

It’s honestly really good for a fast-food Mexican restaurant. I don’t know why people are putting 3.5 stars. Anyway, I got myself a nacho bowl with all the jazz you put on a taco, and it was really good. Granted, I regretted my decision because I thought there wasn’t going to be a way to eat it without getting my hands dirty. I have been consistently disappointed in this Costa Vida location. I ordered a large chips and queso today in the drive through, got home, and they filled the queso maybe halfway full. They consistently mess up our orders in the drive through and are not nice when we have to call in and request a refund or for the mistake to be fixed. The employees inside are often not friendly either. The food itself is honestly good, but they under-fill and make the portions so small that it is no longer worth the money.

Very very rude!!!! It’s 9pm on a Sat and they’re closed. I was calling to see what time they were closed and was HUNG UP on both times. The first time I didn’t even get to talk to anyone, no customer service of any kind. The second time was told thanks for calling and that they were closed and then hung up on. I was in the middle of saying thank you I was calling to find that out but was just hung up on before I could get the words out.

Seriously this place is bad. Tonight was my 4th and last time at the Blackfoot one… The only time they have ever done an order right, was when there were actual adults there, right when they opened. It’s sad too cause OTHER Costa Vida’s have good food.

I actually usually enjoy eating at location, but had a bad taste left in mouth how a promotional situation was handled for celebrate Blackfoot…..items awarded in events that day was only honored for the couple hours after ping pong drop on the day of. Went the next day location was open and got S.O.L. additude.. customer service reached out and made situation right
