The portions are ridiculously lousy!! I ordered a Baja Chicken Bowl and counted 6 small pieces of chicken and maybe enough lettuce to go on top of a hamburger. If I wanted rice and beans I would have just ordered Rice and beans!! I went back today after receiving a reply from the store manager and it was worse than yesterday. I will never eat at this establishment again. As you can see by the photo, the bowl is 1/2 full.

I’m a regular here. Lately Poor customer service from the employees at the order counter on multiplications. This last occasion I waited for a few minutes without eye contact or acknowledgment that I was there. Just me standing there.. no line. One employee right in front of me was cleaning some drippings between the food containers (busy work). Left without ordering. Won’t be back

I like this place, don’t get me wrong, but I always chose Costa vida over Cafe Rio because they didn’t charge for extras. You used to be able to smother your burrito in queso for free, now it’s $2 extra. I went there yesterday and asked for extra lettuce, they charged me an extra $1. There really isn’t much difference between the two restaurants now. Either is about the same.

I’ve always been a fan of Costa Vida and this location met with that expectation. The staff were extra amazing, quick on our order, and so kind and generous. The fun atmo is always great to see, love the color scheme and surf theme, and the food is delicious! Will absolutely keep coming here!

Last night I ordered a kids enchilada, and a tortilla soup. When I got home, the soup no spills mind you was half full and the kids inchilada had a sprinkle of rice. Not a scoop not a small spoonfuls a sprinkle. 15 bucks for a half half meal? These kids working just have no real work ethic. Every time I go they either leave the lids half off or items not even close to the portion a small portion should have. It was a waste!

The first ten times at this location were awesome, then I noticed service declining. There was a language barrier, poor communication and staff would ask a question then proceed to the next step on their checklist without being willing to listen to get my order correct. I don’t recommend this location anymore. I’ll go somewhere else.
