Usually a Good place for food, but restaurant is getting sloppy and dirty and food quality has suffered. Rice not cooked fully, refried and whole beans were dry and holding pans were filthy as if food was over a day old. These pans are easily changed when needed to keep food nice looking as well as safe. Food stations are not being wiped down. Gloves not being changed regularly. Surprised this restaurant has not been flagged yet for a health violation.

We got sweet pork burritos and there was maybe two bites of each that had pork in them. Mostly just rice. The drive thru guy also kept cutting us off saying “ok, that’s all?” After every single item we said even though we told him we were using a coupon and how many items we were going to get and we were very obviously still talking. They didn’t repeat our order back to us until we got to the payment window and insisted they read it back to confirm before we paid. I also got the saddest little scoop of lettuce I’ve ever seen for some reason. The workers were laughing and running around like high schoolers so I’m sure they were having fun, but we’d like to also get decent food to show for it.

I showed up last night to eat dinner at 9:15(they close as 10) everything had already been put away and they had to pull it back out to make my meal. All the drinks had been cleaned up for the night. While making my food I was the only one in line and due to a fair amount of talking and having to get the food back out it took like 5-7 minutes to make a salad and a quesadilla. The cherry on top was we went to eat outside on their tables. After finishing at 9:45 and going to throw my plate away, I couldn’t. They had locked the doors and there was no trash outside. Luckily I found their dumpsters and was able to dispose of it but I mean c’mon. Maybe just check for customers before locking the doors. I have no problem with you closing at 9 but I’d your going to advertise you’re open until 10 maybe don’t start cleaning until like 945. With how far they were with cleaning they had to have started at like 845-9. All of that being said the food was good. No complaints there

I love Costa Vida. Unfortunately, this location does not do the brand justice. ordered queso and chips, what they served me was a disgrace. The queso was a brown color and had separated. it had a lumpy grainy texture as if they had cooled and reheated it multiple times. I brought this to the attention of the staff and they just awkwardly laughed. didn’t say they would get it fixed. Didn’t ask me if I wanted something else or if they could make me another. I guess this is normal for customer service these days.

Freshly cooked food, unlike other locations. Hubby’s spicy chicken handheld burrito waa good. Not huge. My chipotle chicken (raspberry) enchiladas were good and so were my pinto beans. Delicioso!

Currently throwing up. This was the Mango Chicken Salad with extra cilantro and lime. No extra cilantro and no limes, no mango salsa, no guacamole. I actually took a picture and sent it to friend because I was frustrated that there was no mango and they said it would be Mango chickens salad. I didn’t add that I was the only person there! There was nobody else ordering! I would advise you go to a different location or pick something else! I don’t leave reviews, even for places I don’t like! They gave me a regular chicken salad and didn’t even make the chicken salad right.

Definitely pick the Murray location over this one. The steak tacos are really salty with a fishy flavor. Really gross. Would prefer wilted lettuce and soggy tomatoes on the side.
