During my recent visit to Costa Vida in South Jordan, Utah, I must say that my experience was less than satisfactory. The staff members appeared noticeably annoyed and disinterested when taking my order, which created an unwelcoming atmosphere. Although the food itself was decent, this underwhelming customer service left a sour taste in my mouth. As a result, I will likely explore other dining options in the future where I can expect a more positive and attentive experience.

This location has time-of-day issues with cleanliness and service. The food is always great, but depending on how busy they are, they struggle to keep the dining area clean and the cashier gets backed up. I wouldn’t tell you not to go there, just be aware of the staff limitations at peak hours.

I got the sweet pork salad and it is always yummy. We had close parking and found a clean table. If you have the Wasatch savings card you can get a good deal on your meal, but one get one type of thing. The servers were friendly and helpful. I’d come back here next time I want Costa Vida.

This is our favorite Costa Vida EVER! We are regulars and at this point the staff are more friends than anything. At other Costa Vidas I’ve experienced icy lettuce, small portions, and other problems—not here. They treat you well! Food is always hot and fresh.
