I typically love Costa, and advocate for them. My experience at this location was not the greatest and the food did not taste the same as other locations and was very mid. The lettuce was also borderline frozen and wilted.

I’ve ordered twice here, and both times my order has been over 20 minutes late. I know they are busy so avoid ordering online between 12-1 pm! Other than that, the food is incredible!

Sismal, the shift manager, has been rude and incredibly miserly with the meat, cheese, and sauce over my last 7 visits. I urge you not to visit this location. Other locations have better service and are more generous with the portions.

Stopped by today and visited the new location for Costa Vida at the Gateway- fun new vibe! The service we received was excellent and my very favorite thing about the new location is non-carbonated drink options! Loved loved the limeade- so good!

Got a steak burrito and they literally scarped all the burnt pieces out of the bottom and didn’t even give me the correct amount…I didn’t have one legit piece of steak and then my son got a chicken quesadilla and it pretty much had no cheese! The girl that did my burrito was extremely rude and snappy when I asked if there was more steak coming and just said no! My daughters enchiladas were fine though! Never coming to the gateway location again!!

A homeless person came in while we were eating and was asking for food and money. Rather than turn them away a worker on their break even gave them food. In turn i suspect more to come in and bother people.
