Employees were great. Food was horrible. They were using disgusting McDonald’s big Mac lettuce for the salad. Those tiny chopped up lettuce pieces. No soap or paper towels in the restroom. Restrooms dingy and dirty. Last time I’ll go there. There’s too many good options around.

Barely put anything in and on my burrito (very little Pork, beans, rice, lettuce, and pico) Cheese tasted off as if it was expired. Service was quick but they were so quiet I had trouble hearing what they were saying half the time. It didn’t make sense why they weren’t too busy at first, but now it makes a lot of sense. Do not expect me to return for more food.

I have used the drive through both times I have been and both times the order was wrong! I ordered no rice, pinto beans and cilantro dressing for both entree’s. When I got home both entree’s had black beans and rice and no dressing. There are too many other Mexican food places to go that get my order correct, I won’t be back!

Top notch customer service. Every single employee was extremely helpful and kind. I never write reviews unless something is Amazing or abysmal. I’m this case it was amazing. All the employees were extremely kind and helpful. I’d just driven in from a 6 hour drive with my toddlers. We were looking and probably acting a little haggard to say the least. They went above and beyond without being asked. Offered to carry trays and drinks to help me out. Overall they were just extremely helpful. Special shout-out to Julian and Evelyn. They were amazing and deserve a raise. They made my day!

This was a interesting visit. They were out o burritos and several other items. Service was very slow. The poor Doordash drivers you could see were anxious. I felt sorry for the employees who were trying and looked very tired.. Hats off to them. The biggest problem is the food on the line in the stainless containers like the beans and refried looked crusty and very unappetizing. I gave a extra star because the workers seemed to be trying without direction.

I ordered online, my order was supposed to be ready at 5:43. I arrived at 5:42 and approached the to go counter. I stood and waited for the cashier to assist me. When she finally came over she looked past me and assisted the door dash clients instead(a total of 7 door dash clients, that arrived after I was already there). She finally acknowledged me and took my name. While waiting for my food the assisted 15 groups of walk in clients before making my food. These where clients that arrived after I was there. It took over 25 minutes for them to give me my food, 15 walk in groups and 7 door dash orders. I will NEVER eat from Costa vida again. It was the worst customer service I have ever incounted.

Horrible experience the cheese was curdled and I went through a headache of a time for them to finally agree to replace it after them even verifiing im not the only one who has complained about this happening I’m lucky I didn’t get sick, so I’d say as good as the food maybe go at your own risk of 1 getting sick and 2 having to fight tooth and nail to prove your telling the truth. No worth it to me now the North bluff Street location Costa Vida has for ever lost my business. sorry I’m not going to support a business with that type of treatment and customer service and that poor of quality food. 70% of the time there missing something I ordered or it’s made improperly or no utensils.
