Employees were very friendly. Descent portions were given on my steak burrito that was smothered with red chili and cheese. Queso is one of my favorites. Seems to have a lot of cilantro and some sweetness to it.

Went for lunch, very strange how short employees are when ordering and not friendly. I went up to ask for lids 2 employees seen me waiting but continued to talk and not ask if I needed anything, I guess I interrupted them gossiping ,they were rude when they gave me a bag and lid for my food, I seen the manager walking out and mentioned it but now I could see where they get their bad attitude from. Definitely not going back , and could see from all the other reviews it’s on point with employees and the manager that looks he’s miserable working there.

Costa Vida has been my favorite restaurant. But tonight‘s experience was a problem! I was overcharged by $10 on a $17 bill. Because I paid with the credit card the worker said all they could do is put that over pay amount back on my credit card. I got no receipt for either amount. And no evidence about the whole situation to use if my credit card didn’t get fixed. I was just told I’d have to wait 3 to 5 days and then come back if it didn’t work out the way she said it would. Very frustrating! She finally let me take a picture of what was on her phone. Since I love Costa Vida‘s food, and generally have great service I will likely go back, but I will be wary at the cash register.

We ordered the Grilled Chicken Burrito. All the ingredients were nice and fresh. The staff were polite and accommodating to what we wanted to change. Burrito came out hot and ready, extra cheese and sauce on top. The place was nice and clean. Hand sanatizer was available when you walked in

This location desperately needs a new manager. The poor kid making the orders was hired only two days ago and was doing everything all by himself and no one would leave their station to help him out. The manager wasn’t there so they were short staffed on a Saturday. Great employee and he’ll probably quit after being put in this situation on his second day. Hoping the district manager will see this and think about retraining the manager here.

Probably the worst Mexican fast food I’ve ever been to. I got vegetarian tacos and the pico was chopped into huge chunks with barely any onions or cilantro. Rice was bad cafeteria rice.

Ordered from the app, when I came to pick up, I waited at the desk for 5 minutes(I made eye contact with two people multiple times, the manager even walked by me while doing so)until they finally asked if I had an order. They have a stand for pick up orders, but for some reason don’t put them there. I asked for no pico on my tacos, one came correctly the other not so much. The rice was hard and tasted like nothing. So for $12 I got a singular taco(since I asked for no beans). Tried to go on their website to complain and when I hit the button my phone told me that it wasn’t a secure website. So here I am. The only reason I gave two stars was because the taco I was actually able to eat was great.

The office that I work in wanted to order from the Gilbert Costa Vita, so I placed an order for the 6 of us and picked it up. We were all pleasantly surprised how great the food was. Everything was saucy and flavorful, tender and most of all correct. LOL So last week I said to the office “Let’s get Costa Vida Again”. We placed our order and I picked it up and well this time it was for the most part, all wrong. The Shrimp enchiladas were made with flour and not corn, oh and there was no shrimp. not even one little bitty shrimp. The Black Beans were Pinto Beans, and the Spicy Green sauce was sweet. Now I figured that this could just be someone having a bad day so we tried it again and Well I did get Corn Tortillas but again the sauce was sweet which completely changes the taste of what I was craving, which was that first mouthwatering enchilada. I can’t believe how much I had to spend to get subpar food. Taco Bell has a better accuracy rating at this point. I can’t excuse this to the hustle of a lunch time rush as I was the only one in the drive thru. or lack of employees as there were a few standing around when the drive thru widow opened. I will say that I was greeted and handed my incorrect order both times with a friendly smile. I hope that you take the time to read this and retrain you employees how to care about the job that they have been entrusted with. I can only say that i will not be so eager to return or to refer anyone to Costa Vida as I haven’t had the same unfortunate Service at Chipotle and Cafe Rio.

Food was good but the place was a disaster. Every table was dirty, floor was dirty, bathroom had no paper towels. Food was as expected and I’m a fan of Costa Vida. Hoping management sees this and gets things in order.

Ordered food for pickup. The cost was $10 more for our total than it used to be. I wasn’t going to say anything about that, but when my husband picked up our order he said he got there and they were making it. I’d think the 4 minute drive wouldn’t make our food refrigerator cold. I don’t think they heated the food in the oven. I ordered nachos which have always gone through the toaster and he ordered a burrito. All of our food was freezing cold. I could tell because the cheese wasn’t even melted. Just sitting on the chips. I ate maybe a quarter of my food and my husband ate half. I really hope I don’t get sick from cold meat and uncooked food.
