Food was fine. It’s either hit or miss here honestly. Today would have been great but around 11:30 am May 24, 2023 there was an employee at the front who was extremely rude. A friend of mine was being friendly and said “thank you so much”. This employee literally rolled her eyes at my friend and made a face. Once we felt the tension we didn’t bother her. However, the employee threw our food and when we asked for a water cup they cut us off and rudely responded and threw our food on the counter. That employee was making everyone uncomfortable.

Fast service, the staff is very kind and outgoing. They’ll go out of the way to make sure you’re squared away. Very clean atmosphere, and they’re not sloppy when it comes to them making your food. We get the chicken salad, no cheese on top. This is our personal favorite Costa Vida.

Good food, good service. However, one of the employees was taking “shots” of sauce. Unprofessional, but what more can you expect. Food was great, but didn’t sit as well after seeing this employee dip a cup into the sauce that was served to me. Really friendly, but come on, keep your ungloved hands off the sauce
