The food is always good but the customer service is pretty bad. I was the only person waiting for a whole pizza which I could see was ready on top of the pizza warmer. I tried to get the employees attention but the girl just kept wiping the counter around the pizza warmer and ignored me for like 8 minutes, so I went to sit again because i thought maybe it wasnt mine. I came back and another employee took my ticket and gave me the pizza I had seen earlier, the other girl was still wiping the counter. My pizza had been right next to her the whole time.

Unorganized chaos is a better term for this food court. The new kiosks suck, the reduced menu options suck. Bring back the non fat chocolate yogurt. Better order your pizza by phone as they don’t tell you wait times but on average 35-65 minute wait for a whole pizza.

Convenient, however these lines at the food court are too long at time. Soda machine could be better half of the time there’s no taste just carbonated water.

2nd time I go for a whole pizza i ordered a half amd half waited 1 hour and I go to ask what’s happening they just told me that it gonna take more time but if i just want pepperoni she can give it to me so I waited 1 hour for a pizza I didnt even ask, costco get more employees please.
