If you want to feel warm and welcomed this is the place to be! The staff is absolutely incredible and extremely accommodating, we had 25-30 people and they never once were frustrated or annoyed. They joined in on our camaraderie and truly made our experience there one we will never forget! Run don’t walk there!

This is my favorite Mexican restaurant I’ve ever been to. We brought a party of 20+ people and they treated us like FAMILY. The drinks were strong and fantastic. The food was even better. I have never experienced better service for such a large party in my LIFE. I LOVE THIS PLACE. Also this drink was really good.

We are so lucky to have Costere open their kitchen in our neighborhood! We are pretty much Mexican food snobs, Hahaha. We eat at many area Mexican restaurants and our first visit to Costere ranks it very close to the top. Have to try more of the menu to verify it’s legit but it looks promising. It’s not unusual for us to drive to Westminster, Glendale, or Lakewood for some very good Mexican food so that’s why this is so great.

The tacos are the best in town. The deluxe nachos are delicious as well. We have not had a bad meal or service here. The staff is friendly and attentive. They always have a smile on their face.

The food was decent – not phenomenal but very good. I had the trio which was chicken steak and shrimp. The server may have been new, as she wasn’t sure what dish I was ordering even after pointing to it on the menu… Then it came out missing 3 of the grilled shrimp. They made up for it by bringing out 6! Not needed, but appreciated. Then the bill had a mysterious “open food” charge for $6. The server said that was for extra sauce, which on the menu states it is $2.50 – they completely removed the mystery charge.

This was our first time here after hearing that this new restaurant opened up. Walking into the front door we were greeted with great service. Our server Gemma was super quick and attentive. She genuinely served us like we were family. And the food was the best Mexican food I’ve had in a while!!! Amazing restaurant!!! We recommend the chimichanga or the fajitas! The large mango margarita (pictured) was phenomenal! Highly recommended!!!! Ask for Gemma as your server, she’s amazing!!

I’ve been to Costere four or five times since it opened in Spring 2023, and it was terrific every time. I love their guacamole, and I’ve been getting the chimichangas (my favorite!) in various meats and heat intensities. Their plates are huge, and I generally have enough for a leftover meal at home. My son has ordered various alcoholic drinks there, and they are gigantic, too! I especially love that it’s locally-owned. The doorman greets customers with a cheery, “Welcome, friends!” And we really feel like we are friends!
