Everything a French bistro should be, and more! We went for brunch on a Saturday and sat outside. Even the patio chairs feel quintasential “French bistro”. We shared the French onion soup, the daily quiche (it was Lorraine for us) and salad, and the chicken liver mousse. Everything was outstanding, especially the quiche crust. Amazing wine list as well!

So happy we chanced upon this place. We made a reservation about 3 hours before dinner and was pleasantly surprised w the quality of the food. Classic French dishes, but done really well. We ordered the Escargot which was brilliant w the puff pastry, pate de Campagne, steak Frites and Sole Meunière. The steak was incredibly tender and tasty while the sole with capers was incredibly delicious.

Hearty and generous portions, very friendly personnel. The eggs benedict over tender croissant were very good. The French toast was of an enormous size and delicious. The place is very popular, so plan booking in advance and waiting at peak times.

Their moule frites are the best I’ve had in the city. And great wine and crème brûlée. Nice dog friendly patio

Friends took me to Côte Ouest Bistro for my birthday dinner last week. And what a delightful dinner it was! The food was impeccably delicious and the service outstanding. I loved the neighborhood feel and ambience of the restaurant. We sat outside because the evening was warm, but a heater was at the ready. We will definitely go back!

LOVE this gem of a French restaurant! We went here for Bastille day dinner and it was packed and the food was amazing. My toddlers loved the ratatouille so win win because they got their veggies and loved the food! We live in the east bay and would happily drive out to the city for this restaurant again!

Came here for brunch on a Saturday morning. Incredible food, excellent service, and a really light and airy space made my first time doing indoor dining in 2021 a great experience. I especially loved that the servers were all speaking French to each other. Felt really authentic! Highly recommend the croissant French toast if you have a sweet tooth – it melts in your mouth. Can’t wait to come back to try their dinner menu.

Very good brunch. The croissant French toast was heavenly! Also got the salmon Benedict which was good but not super outstanding. Overall we loved the cute interior, good food and service. We will definitely be back for dinner one day.
