We ordered the Cajun pizza, pretty good, with plenty of heat. Sauce was gritty and not smooth. Also ordered the pepperoni hot honey pizza and it was good. The couple with us had to go to the counter and wait in line to get their salad that didn’t come, they were almost done with their meal when it came in a to go box. Plenty of room inside, food court atmosphere, did not like the beer wall concept with limited choices. All in all good food and friendly staff, good prices.

We visited Coterie Pizza in Garrett this weekend and I have to say that that was really impressed. Here’s the TLDR as this review might get little long. Here are the two things you need to know. 1. The pizza is outstanding. 2. Self-serve beer wall. If you want to stop reading at this point and just go visit I don’t blame you. We decided to get four pizzas so we could taste as many as we could. We got the Cajun, Brisket, Mushroom Medley and Chicken Bruschetta. All four of them were very good and each of them were very flavorful in their own ways. The one thing that we found all of that pizza had in common was the amazing crust. The crust was perfectly cooked, it was the perfect blend of chewiness and crispness. The pizza was even very good cold as leftovers. It was very chewy cold BUT the thinness and airiness makes it easy to eat. If you’re still reading you won’t be disappointed. The other really amazing thing about this place was that they had a serve-yourself-pay-by-the-ounce beer/wine/cider wall. I personally have never seen anything like it. There are ten taps total. With 5 touch screen controls in which you select the beverage that you want. The screen shows you how much per ounce do you will be paying and then you scan and electronic wristband and start pouring! Screen shows you how many ounces you’ve poured and then you enjoy! At the end of the day you have them scan your wristband and they add the cost of what you consumed to your bill. It was a very unique experience and that combined with the amazing Pizza has me pining to go back as soon as possible. One thing I found out that they could improve upon is that I’m not sure that there’s any way to know what beverages they have on tap before you get there. I do not believe they are on the Untappd website yet but I did suggest that they take a look at that so that patrons could get an idea what they were serving before they got there. I highly recommend this place and plan to be making the trip up from Fort Wayne again as soon as possible.

Fantastic brick oven style pizza. Have been here several times, and it has been excellent each and every time. Don’t forget – You WANT to order the garlic cheese bread appetizer!

Saw a recommendationon the FW2GO Facebook page, came around 3pm on a Saturday, it started to pick up around 4 pm as we were getting close to being done eating. Service was fast, the waitress explained the self-serve beer/wine procedure, which was cool. They have a semi separate bar area but the self-serve looks like it can be accessed wherever you sit. They also have a list of bottle beer you can order from. We ordered cheese bread, a Cajun pizza with mushrooms added, and a half chicken bacon BBQ, and the other half was hot honey. The food was extremely fast and piping hot. The dough was chewy and flaky, the cheese tasted like a high quality and the ingredients were fresh. Was really happy we tried it. Definitely visiting again and wishing we lived closer. It has been a long time since we have had great pizza like this. Highly recommend.
