Gorgeous space with plentiful seating. Excellent appetizers – we got the addictive cabbage, deep fried mushrooms, fried oysters, scallops, and soft shell crab. The happy hour deal on drinks is also excellent. Definitely the kind of place to go in person!

I came all the way from Queens to try this restaurant and it was so worth it! The food is amazing, the vibes super chill, and the staff is very attentive. Also, make sure to try their cocktails!!! I’ll definitely be coming back often.

We thoroughly enjoyed the addictive cabbage (as addictive as red Doritos), scallop ceviche (to die for), Okonomi potatoes (solid fried potatoes), the skirt steak (perfection topped with orange sauce), and soft shell crab noodles (will skip the next time).

Fantastic time tonight from the moment walking in we were greeted warmly by all the staff. Another great Asian restaurant to the neighborhood. Cool atmosphere with a spacious interior with a view of the kitchen. We had an early dinner so wasn’t full at all (initially).

Incredible food and amazing service! We started with the addictive cabbage, yuzu olives, and the chicken karaage. The chicken was super crispy and packed with lots of flavor and you MUST order the addictive cabbage, sooo good! We also got the crab, garlic fried rice, and a variety of sushi. Everything was 10/10! They also had a great selection of interesting cocktails, I highly recommend the “44-10” and “ume old fashioned”

This was one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time! Every dish was absolutely delicious and the attention to detail is 10/10! Cannot recommend enough. This is going to become a neighborhood gem for years to come but also very worth the travel if you’re coming from farther away! Truly amazing ✨the only reason I didn’t photograph the food is that it’s so beautiful and I’m a terrible photographer… come check it out!

Everything was absolutely delicious. I want to go back immediately! Not a big fan of matcha but man, this matcha cocktail was to die for and perfect for the summer. Also loved that it was a family owned restaurant that was authentic and intimate at the same time.

Went to Cotra with a couple of friends on a Saturday night and it was amazing! Solid cocktails and memorable dishes. I had the Porco Rosso and Hanabi drinks which were delicious. We shared a couple of plates and the standouts were the addictive cabbage, yuzu olives, sake kasu Caesar salad, oyster mushroom karaage, fried oysters, hamachi, skirt steak, garlic fried rice, drunken garlic shrimp, and tamago egg roll.
