Two stars not one because it’s been good on other visits. This time was so bad, though. The pizza crust was hard and pebbley on the back and notched weirdly all around. All four pizzas we spent $60+ on were really bad. We ended up feeding it to the chickens. The crust lumps were so hard they hurt our teeth. Barely any sauce, some areas with none at all.

My wife ordered subs for us for dinner last week. I ordered the turkey club. Well when I received mine it wasn’t what I had ordered. It was a turkey and cheese sub. Despite being the wrong sub it had only 2 thin slices of turkey on each half of the sub. If I’m paying almost $12.00 for a sub it had better be done up right and definitely more than two slices of turkey. I know they had an excuse when my wife called to complain about it being the wrong sub plus not being properly made. Their excuse was that they had new employees working and didn’t know. Ok fine I guess I can buy that. But seriously paying almost $12.00 for a sub it needs more than 2 slices of turkey on it. I have noticed a lot of places (restaurants) in the past year now have been charging more and putting out less than before. If you as a business is gonna charge more don’t be skimping on your portions. This is a good way to lose business.

Called and placed an order for 2 pizza calzones and 2 garlic cheese dips. My total was $27.01. This place is outrageous and the calzones are extremely small for this price. I got 2 from hungry howies. Was about double the size for $14 just last week & tasted way better.

Haven’t gotten Cottage Inn in a while but the Cuban pizza looked pretty good. Unfortunately it was mostly bread and cheese (even though I specified lite cheese as I can’t digest heavy amounts). The Carolina sauce was barely there at all — I had to check, there was almost nothing — so it was pretty dry and flavorless. I should have asked for extra, not sure if it would have mattered. The ham and pickles were pretty paltry too, at least compared to the picture they are touting online. It’s salvageable, I will just have to add my own ingredients. Just disappointed, no reason to skimp on the ingredients I wanted (then load it up with cheese when it’s tough on my stomach)

Pizza is good but staff not. I placed an order and was charged $15 for a few sides of ranch. When addressed at pickup, asked to speak to manager. When she came out, the supposed manager was not the manager but the person who overcharged us. The other girl played it off prior as she was the one herself that overcharged us. No one there knew what was going on. When asked about the overcharge by $15, it was played off as the computers fault. When gotten to bottom of, they both lied and made it up. I don’t care if someone makes a mistake , but for staff to not care and take peoples money without any reason is not good business. I hope the owner of this location can read this and address the situation since this is happening to many other customers if you order a side of anything.

The deep dish pizza crust was flavorless when compared to Jets. The restaurant was empty when they opened so we sat down and ate our food while it was hot. We ordered a Greek salad and it came without feta cheese. The person working there was slammed with orders but was kind and helpful when we asked for the feta. I think we would prefer Jets moving forward.
