I order from them tonight I order cheese bread and a large BLT pizza. It was delivered… the bread looked as if someone dropped it out of the box and picked it up and put it back. The Tinfoil was all ripped up and the bread was all over. It also was clearly not fresh. The BLT pizza was dropped or thrown in the car all the tomatoes were on one side of the pizza. The pictures below are when I opened the boxes. Needless to say we are furious!

The app is sometimes weird so you have to double check that your order went through, but they are almost always early to an already fadt wait time, the staff and deliverers are always nice, the food is good. The hot honey pizza and Smokehouse BBQ are my favorites, I do usually like chicken bacon ranch pizza a lot but its kind of mid from here

I ordered pizza from the Fenton location because the Flint location has always had high quality pizza when ordering from work. Upon delivery the pizza was very hard like cardboard and the cheese was burnt. Awful! I called the store to speak to a manager and Faith the person who answered the phone explained there was no manager there to take my call and they all went home for the day. I then asked who was in charge? She said nobody was available. Seriously! I explained my issue and she didn’t offer any resolution after spending $40.00 on pizza nobody would eat (it was bad). Not very good customer service if there is nobody available when issues arise. In the past the Fenton location had great quality pizza and good customer service.i can say the delivery driver was very nice and polite. So that was good!

A girl came to my work, very rude told me she worked at the Fenton cottage inn. So if you guys have a girl named FAITH. I’d suggest firing someone who chooses to flaunt where she works then be disrespectful and ignorant. Bad look for business… I sure wouldn’t want to eat there if all your employees have her carelessness and attitude.
