Horrible horrible . The first time was great so my family and I ordered again. This time I had to send it back twice and it still was wrong. They said they didn’t have air conditioning so the dough shrunk . So instead of a medium i basically got a small. And it tasted like cardboard and it had No sauce and the other pizza had to much sauce and my breadsticks were full of grease . Also my pizza was folded in half when they delivered it . I’m so disappointed. Cottage inn was the best when I was growing up. Never again

The food was good but one of my pizzas was cut every which way but right. We ended up with some square pieces, half moon pieces, rectangle pieces, and a couple pizza triangles (just to give you clue of what I mean). We also called ahead our order and it wasn’t made until we went inside. I appreciate the fresh hot meal but we were in a time crunch and would have appreciated a heads up that it wouldn’t be cooked until we arrived.

Truly an amazing experience. Food was on point. Also had the 6 inch pulled pork which was also very good. The Lasagna…omg it was delicious. Bread sticks a nice touch and the salad was surprisingly decent sized. I got the Lasagna and innstix/salad combo. Most definitely will eat here again.

This place is phenomenal. Customer service is excilent FOOD IS FANTASTIC!! Kristin Mccume she’s wonderful with customers and can keep you company while she work and make you feel comfortable. My 15 minutes felt like 5 minutes. I will continue to go there. 10 minutes away. Smash time.

Ordered a pizza and bread at 530pm off the app. 615pm was the time given when It should be done. Called at 653pm to figure out where my food was. “It’s on it way” 734pm no pizza. First and last time I get cottage inn. If I could give 0 stars I would. 745ish Got the pizza, not good at all smh. Disgusting could not even eat one piece. I would have rather got pizza from a speedway gas station. Not joking they have pretty good pizza.
