So I watched a woman I’m guessing the manager because she was doing the most not wash her hands or put gloves on and touch her nose. Her door handles stick her hands in and out of containers, wipe her hands on her pants. Multiple times, no wash in site and pat down cheese on pizza. When I said something they said no need to worrie its a 450 degree oven, I pointed out that they must not be serve safe because there is multiple food borne illness that not only don’t die in extreme heat but release toxins and poison at high heat. But hey what do I know? Response again was hands in the air and a walk away. Left a picture of the nose picker hand in everything lady.

Triple check everything you get from here! I have given this place too many chances. I thought I would give them one more chance and they have failed. Again. I or someone in my family have ordered this same exact pizza from one cottage inn or another and this place just doesn’t seem to be able to “get it”. Thin crust pizza has a crust, not and edge soaked in pizza sauce turned tomato paste. Seriously, there is so much sauce on here it’s dumb. And “Everything” on breadsticks doesn’t mean 90% poppy seeds and maybe some bits of other things. The last time I ordered from here it was a total dud as well. The driver must not have understood how to keep it level because I got it all on one side and it was so grossly under done it was not edible. I was told this time as well as last time that the owner would refund my money. I had to go back up there the next day and show them the food. As well as the pictures I took when the food got there. I don’t like having to do this. It’s not a good feeling at all but enough is enough.

Thanks for the cold oven baked subs. Now I remember why I quit ordering from here . UPDATE!! Tried to give them a second chance after 3yrs and when I called to place a delivery order I was told they were all out of sub buns. Whatever. I’m done with this place.

The management here is fantastic. Helps them survive these post COVID years labor challenges. Ingredients are probably the best around. The round pizza is the way to go, I’m not a fan of the deep dish. Too bready. I recommend the garlic butter crust on everything. And look for coupons, they have some decent ones.
