My granddaughter said Cotton’s BBQ truck was the best ever! So I happened to be in the downtown boardway area today, October 8. Saw the truck in the parking lot. Sure glad I stopped. Indeed the best BBQ pork and brisket. I’ve eaten plenty in Tennessee and Alabama. No doubt hands down for Mr. Eric Cotton and team Food and service was outstanding.

Easily the best bbq in kentucky and Tennessee, and it’s not even close. This is competition level bbq Eric Cotton is making. There is nothing like it anywhere. The brisket is butter. It melts in your mouth. Portions are generous. And Eric does amazing work in the community to give back.
