Such a wonderful gem on the way through Jackson, LA on the way to Barnhill Preserve in Ethel, LA! The swings out front were delightful, the side and back have beautiful seating areas (its next to Milbank circa 1836), and such cute decor and items inside. Our coffees were delicious and so reasonably priced! The owner and barrista were welcoming and gracious. We’ll definitely be stopping back by when we’re in town!

While the owner was very welcoming, the coffee was terrible, the milk was LITERALLY SPOILED, the barista was rude & didn’t know how to make a late. She literally said “I don’t know how to make a late” because we asked for one with nondairy milk- she only knew how to make the drink from the “late machine.” Bottom line- don’t go here if you’re looking for a CAFE. They don’t have good espresso, no French press or cold brew & again the milk was sour & spoiled. So a waste of $5 and 20 minutes & no coffee.
