received a coupon in the mail yesterday for this specific location. i have never been to a cotton patch and thought that was a good reason to check the place out. while ordering, i mentioned to the waitress that i had a coupon and everything was good at that point. when the bill came cotton patch would not honor the coupon. i paid without arguing, but why not honor the coupons you sent out to everyone? the food was average so not returning anyway. sending out a coupon must be their shady way to lure people in, probably a bad sign for this location

This place used to be good. Ever since Covid it had gone downhill. Today, walked in at a little past 11am and the place was dirty. How can your floors be dirty when you just opened? We were seated at a booth, where there was food crumbs on the bench and the table was sticky. Asked to change tables.

My wife and I had a taste for some southern comfort food and this place did not disappoint. The fried green tomatoes, fried mushrooms, and fried pickles were amazing. Our waitress, Sam, was amazing and made sure my wife and I were taken care of. Our food was not only hot and fresh, but Sam made sure that our food came out fast. Make sure that when you come to this restaurant ask for Sam. She is AMAZING!! Also, the chicken fried steak with EXTRA GRAVY is the best dish here!! My wife had there bacon burger with bbq sauce, which was out of this world. To top off our delicious meal, I had the blackberry cobbler with vanilla ice cream and cinnamon. As stated earlier, Sam is AMAZING as a waitress and she made our experience all the more pleasant and better.

Wow, what a great comfort food restaurant. Our table party had grilled fish, burgers, chicken n dumplings, chicken fried steak, fried shrimp, and salads. ALL of it was good. Prices were reasonable. They have both a $10 menu and a 2 for $23 menu. We’ll be back.

It’s been a while since I’ve been to a Cotton Patch. It will probably be a while before I come again. The server was excellent. The chicken strips and chicken fried steak were excellent. Everything else sucked. Fries were undercooked and soggy. Cornbread was old… Really old and impossible to eat.

Every time I order from this location, they forget multiple items from my order. I have said things to the manager b4 this, and I was told “I’m sorry, I wish there is something I can do.” You figure this would be important to fix but nope. Better off finding new management and someone that checks orders to verify its right. Ever heard of quality control?….

The food was prepared well. We got there right before the dinner rush. Our waitress was great. She came by several times and always asked if we needed anything else. We were seated by the kitchen, though, and we could overhear another waitress seemingly constantly yelling at the poor kitchen staff… that’s why no five stars. I think people might have been frustrated because they ran out of fried pickles and mashed potatoes. We didn’t mind, but it was one of the things the waitress was yelling about. They have a house made ranch, which was really good. It came with the mac and cheese bites, and I got it on my salad. I also enjoyed the unsweetened raspberry tea!
