Amazing food, fast and wonderful service. Catfish was tender and flaky, was not rubbery or overdone. Country fried steak was tender and full of flavor. Loved that the salsa came out warm and with a nice kick. Highly reccomend this place. Prices are great and food come out hot and fresh and done perfect.

Friendly waitstaff but not very attentive. The worse breakfast I’ve ever had to date. I don’t know…maybe I ordered the wrong thing but this food was super terrible. I ordered a breakfast sandwich with cheese and a side of grits. The grits were God awful!!!!! No flavor in them at all!!!!!! And if you know how to make grits properly, you know there’s no way to doctor them up once they’re done. If you like grits straight out the box, cooked in nothing but water, you’ll love these. Next the sandwich…again, maybe my expectations were poorly placed. I didn’t expect toast from a toaster. I thought it would be prepared on a grill. Eggs were cold. Cheese forgot to melt. The orange juice was good and the prices are affordable . First and last visit here.

This is a old school country breakfast lunch and dinner location. You know it’s good when you see the same old people in there every morning eating their breakfast and enjoying life. They have daily specials to make it affordable for individuals and family. Note: there’s a waffle house down the street. Because of this place I haven’t been to that House only one time and almost 8 years lol

This is one of my most favorite places to eat in Irving. They have wonderful wait staff everyone there is always nice and the wait is well worth it! I give this 5 Stars I’d give it 20 if they had that many stars.

I enjoyed this little country style restaurant. The service was prompt and my food came out quick! From the chatter I heard coming from the kitchen I could tell this crew is tight knit and work well together. It is far from a uptown/modern restaurant, but if a quick old school meal is what you want check this place out! I had the chicken fried steak and it was ok.
