Hello everyone, Dave here again. I have never given a 2 star review in my life, this place should consider themselves very lucky. The reason for the 2 star (instead of the one star) is because of my love for the food there. The food is pretty good. On the other hand, the customer service is garbage. They have forgotten certain items from my order multiple times. I don’t get it, how do you miscount? I get that they are busy but that’s not an excuse. At my time working at a restaurant, whenever we would forget something after the customer had already left, we would deliver it to their house (even though we didn’t offer a delivery service). This place needs to step up their game.

I been coming here for some time and keep coming back due to the great food. However, the service has declined. I would rather order the food to go then dine in. The times I have it was not great. I was in there a couple weeks ago like around 5pm and decided to dine in. I was instructed to sit at a table then had a waitress yell at us not to sit there so we were just told to find a booth which we did ,however, at no point did they wipe it down even after we asked multiple times. The waitresses seemed annoyed that they were even there to begin with. We ordered our food and drinks ,food came out fast and it was delicious however we had to ask multiple times for our drinks. When we would ask for them and even silverware it was like we were inconveniencing them. So if you want to enjoy good food this is a great spot but if you do dine in just be aware.

The customer service was A1 , the food was A1, very happy! The lady at the desk was so nice my food was hot even after the drive home, I got 3 chicken shawarmas, a baby hummus that was so good, a small fry and a salad with chicken. my whole order was great and the experience made it even better !

Arguably the most consistent restaurant in the Dearborn/ Dearborn Heights area without a doubt. Food quality is always consistent, even their “off days” (if you can even call it that) are usually just slightly lesser in quality than a normal day. Price is extremely fair for the portions, on the surface some of the prices may seem inflated but when you get that food in-front of you I’d doubt you’d feel that way after eating it! Overall, 10/10 on food quality, 10/10 on prices, staff is pretty kind and courteous so no complaints there. If I had to recommend a restaurant to a friend that wouldn’t potentially embarrass with a poor quality meal, this is without a doubt the safest option

The food is amazing but it seems like every time I order from here something is always missing from the order. Ordered a whole boneless with rice, fatoush, and fries and never received the rice with the order. This has happened over three times very disappointed with the service.

Fantastic place! Food was tasty, came out super quick and had huge portion sizes. 2-3 people can easily split the dinner that comes with 2 sides. My preference was the meat schwarma over the chicken schwarma. The garlic sauce with the warm fresh pita bread was also amazing. Even my kids were able to get cheese sticks, fries and chicken tenders.
