Yum, yum, yum! Country Corner Cafe is a perfect little restaurant for breakfast. They have tons of sweet and savory options, and the service is great. When I went on a Sunday for brunch there was a 30 minute wait, but they offer cold water outside and the wait went by really fast. My partner and I ordered a breakfast sandwich and the Sunrise Benedict. So yummy!

This is the perfect, cozy local breakfast place you’ve always wanted to try! I absolutely loved my southern Benedict and my oatmeal pancake with the Vermont maple syrup was so good that I just might stop there again on the last day of my trip.

Funny thing I’m not use to good service seeing a lot of restaurants let themselves to be extremely terrible service. Excellent service and impress on my part which I base restaurants on purely. Treat a customer properly the first time they will come back business 101 skills. Just had a Greek omelette and not bad. Needed more flavor which I’m giving my honest opinion. Honestly is the best policy in my head. Pretty cramped quarters seeing I like it more roomy and just my personal opinion. Although they have plenty of extra dining space which I didn’t realize. I usually like to be relaxed for breakfast seeing pretty typical for breakfast place to be quick pace. Image of Greek omelette I had

The best breakfast place in Saratoga. They did a great job keeping us updated on wait time for a table of 8. The whole team works together to give you a great experience. Every said their food was outstanding and plentiful. I recommend the Fiesta Omelette and Chocolate Chip pancakes. They also serve beer and other adult beverages.

Saturday morning breakfast in Saratoga Springs during track season…we took our chance by going into town at 9:30 but the crowds weren’t too bad. We found a parking spot nearby and we were able to walk into the cafe and get a table for two. There are 2 dining areas – we were in the smaller room, bigger room next door. Cute decor – farm theme, milk bottles, antique plates on the walls, etc. One thing that I loved was that this dining room was clean! No dust on the milk bottles, shelves, pictures. Windows clean. While we were eating one guy wiped down the door window and frame. Now to the important part – the food! Oh.My.Goodness! Delicious! So happy we went here. I had the Irish Omelette – homemade corn beef hash with cheese. Corned beef was perfect – not overly seasoned like some can be. You could taste the beef and it was goooood. There was a little cheese – perfect amount, not the over the top gooey mess you can get at a typical diner. The egg was thick and done very nicely. I upgraded to the biscuit – highly recommend this! It must have been about 5-6″ across, warm, buttery, perfect. I also ordered a side of sausage gravy and it was delicious. Some sausage gravies are so over seasoned with rosemary that you can’t taste the sausage – not the case here, simple salt, pepper, little bit of seasoning. My hubs had a breakfast sandwich – chicken, bacon, egg and cheese on a biscuit with sausage gravy for dipping. So huge! He had to cut it in half and it still fell apart. He loved every bite. We both had tater tots – something different but definitely worked. They make their own jelly there – so we tried the strawberry and peach/mango. Wow. Just wow. I loved the peach/mango – not bland like typical peach jelly can be.

This is absolutely one of my favorite places for breakfast. There is a front and back sections of this restaurant. They’re both small, so you may have to wait. But, it’s so worth it. There is such a homey feeling here. The servers are so friendly. My omelet and home fries were perfectly cooked. I highly recommend Country Corner Cafe.

Stopped in for breakfast twice while in the area, and both times the food was delicious and the staff was friendly as if we were regulars. The Bennie’s were cooked just right, biscuits were not dry and not moist, my wife had waffles so good that no syrup was needed and an omelette full of flavor. Definitely stopping in again when in the area.
