Good ol country place. One of those out of the way gems. I asked what they were known for and was told the jahy-roh (gyro). Love hearing it pronounced that way!!! Anyways, I got the loaded gyro with onions, peppers and feta. It did seem lacking on the onions, but I think that might have been due to some confusion I overheard about someone else ordered one without onion and I might have gotten that one. Definitely worth a stop and make sure to try the jahy-roh!!!

Always wanted to stop and eat here because of the giant egg on the roof, but never did until this morning!!! Almost didn’t stop because the parking lot was full, but sooo happy I did!! No wait at all! One of the best breakfasts I ever had!!! I highly recommend the home fries!!! Staff was very friendly and quick!!

Country kitchen has some really good breakfast food and well as coffee. I ordered the big country and loved it! The service here is also friendly and quick. If you’ve never been here you should really go and try it out for yourself! You wont be disappointed.

I lived by this place for 20 years and sad to say missed out on a lot. Finally went in, and the food was great, and the waitress was very attentive. Great breakfast! Highly recommend. I got the mushroom omelete. Definitely will return.

Stop from time to time on my way to work when I have to be there on a Saturday. I normally have the corn beef hash omelet, but I got the gyro omelet instead during my last visit. I wasn’t sure how gyro meat, cheese, and eggs were going to work together. Pretty well, actually. Staff is always friendly and I haven’t been disappointed with the food. The coffee is good too. I don’t know why, but places like Country Kitchen always seem to have good coffee.

Great little hole in the wall classic breakfast and lunch diner. I stopped here one morning while out in the Butler area. Be aware though that they do close early, 2:00 p.m. In any case I had breakfast here, ordered country fried steak and eggs. The steak was exceptional actually, and the sausage gravy was also very good. With the addition of hot sauce the eggs and home fries were also very good. Prices are very reasonable compared to what you find in the city. I would definitely recommend.
