Decided to stop on our way through the area. We wanted more than fast food, so decided to try The Country Kitchen. Glad we did. VERY tasty good. Great service. Not a fancy place. But good and service count more in my book. I’d recommend it to others. If we happen to pass it near a mealtime, we will enjoy reading here again.

This place was horrible that’s just putting it lightly. DON’T EAT HERE. Service was horrible the waiter was on his cell phone in the back we could see and as it turned out it was one if the owners nephew. We had to ask a waitress a few times to get us stuff and she asked us what we said to her 50x. Yes I can understand she was only been there for a week. She was trying her hardest. Our food was ok I had pancakes with something and didn’t bring out syrup or ketchup or anything. My son’s pizza was gross the crust was so hard. It was only 3 if us and we had to tell them so many times what we were drinking it’s not hard to get 3 drinks right. There was only 2 other people in our section and all had a different waitress. My husband got the owners phone number and called right away. His name was Chris and very nice and understanding. He told my husband that we were his 3rd call in 30 min. Just from that waiter alone. I don’t know if anything was done or not. They did give us a $20 coupon off for next time well sorry country kitchen there won’t be a next time. I hope you can get some better staff and make that place great.

awesome food and service! hostess Skylar was very friendly! service from Aaron, he went above and beyond. the two of them both tried to get a ball out of the game for my grandson!! super cool, I’ve never seen that from employees in a restaurant!! also chef Nick also did accommodate our vegetarian needs by making a mushroom Swiss burger that should definitely be on the menu!! thanks guys!! oh and also thanks Aaron for the sword balloon way cool!!

Went for Sunday breakfast. Service was slow. Buffet was out of food most of the time, and wasn’t that great when there was food. Giving 3 starts because usually I love the country kitchen. Not so much this time. Not happy with the amount of money paid for being disappointed.

Food is above average and service is 5 stars. Asked for change for a newspaper and Amy GAVE me four quarters and would not accept my $ bill. If you are lucky enough to get either Amy or Diane, you will definitely receive 5 service.

I had breakfast here and staff is friendly but food is just OK. I had an order of sausage and gravy with eggs & a side of sausages with coffee for 15 bucks. Food came up quick and the coffee was good but the biscuits weren’t fresh and the rest was just OK.

Too many menus! They had about 4 per person it was ridiculous. If you ask for water they bring it in a shot glass & tell you to request a regular glass. Stupid! The worst Chicken Fried Steak I’ve ever had. The sausage gravy was gravy with sausage patties on top!
