Fish & seafood was great. Drinks served on time. Buffet tables were constantly being refilled. Desserts were delicious. We had great service. Place was nice. It was loud but that’s to be expected at a packed restaurant. Highly suggest to call in reservations and eat at the time of opening. After you can walk & enjoy the rest of what the Country Village has to offer. I have been coming here for about 30 years. And it just gets better every time I visit. Bring an appetite! Lol

Absolutely positively. One of the best places I’ve ever eaten OMG! Freaking phenomenal! The buffet had green beans fried pickles, baked beans, catfish,shrimp chicken strips, catfish fillets, multiple desserts and salad bar. The staff was very nice and very friendly

Just left from trying to eat there. Fish was soggy & everything tasted like it was fried in old grease! Ribs were good, but only got one because it was never refilled while we were there. And we were so looking forward to eating there with all the good reviews. So disappointing!

I was very excited to go here, but was very disappointed. The fish filets both fried and blackened tasty fishy, like low quality catfish. My husband had some of the catfish steaks he said they were better not muddy tasting. Everything was just a little too seasoned . The frog legs had no batter they were just weird. The fried shrimp was good and the boiled, hushpuppies good and the boudain balls. Gumbo was okay from a mix I think. Desserts were okay. For the price should be outstanding and it was not. They charge $20 a person plus $2.25 extra for your drink! I won’t be back and we camp up near there so it makes me sad. The whole village needs yard work and a face lift just not what it used to be.

Me and my boy friend ” Claudie Child’s” visited there lots of times. Food is extremely good and customer service was wonderful. it has a homey down home feel. Im from Louisiana where we eats and have great food. Not many places in Arkansas I’ll eat. But Country Village Catfish is the Best. Sorry I don’t have photos

I was truly disappointed in the buffet the fish was soggy and had a fishy fresh out the water taste. No Ribs! Really Country Village got to have a different cook because the food just didn’t taste the same as usual. ♀️ ♀️
