We had the best meal of our Utah visit here. They were super busy ( art festival in town ). We got seats at the bar overlooking the kitchen. It was dinner and a show ! The chefs were working in symphony. We had the corn chowder. It was tasty with the crawfish emulsion bringing an extra flavor pop. The onion tarte was good. My only critique here was that it wasn’t hot in the middle. The frisée salad that came with it was perfectly dressed. My husband had the veal chop and thoroughly enjoyed it. You could tell it was high quality.

Our experience exceeded expectations. At at counter with full view of kitchen which added to the enjoyment. Con tailed wee good, my husband loved his special Old fashioned. The house red carafe was great. Pear salad was good and loved the fresh bread and butter. The duck confit pasta was incredible and the elk was a close second. The huckleberry clafoutis finished our meal in a high point. Add great atmosphere and excellent service to the amazing food and you have a hard to beat evening. Highly recommend.

A great meal in Park City! We reserved the bar seating which has a nice view into the kitchen. Thoroughly enjoyed watching the cooking happen. The baked brie was very special but a little expensive at $27 for an appetizer. The pheasant was tasty but the bratwurst that came with it was not good. We also had the venison, winter greens salad and creme brulee. Nothing was out of the ordinary in terms of flavor, but nothing was too bad either. Hard to justify coming again due to the high price, but a good overall experience!

We were thrilled with our experience here. All the food was great. My friend loved his chicken dish and I loved the vegan pot pie. We were also very impressed with the desserts. Our server, Dakotah was very attentive. Don’t forget to make a reservation ahead of time. We were glad we did. The hostess was also very welcoming.

Courchevel. Oui, oui, oui. Courchevel is a standout restaurant in Park City. It has a marvelous cozy atmosphere with a helpful, congenial staff. They serve French cuisine so do not expect the standard meat and potatoes fare. We have eaten here 5 times in the last 12 months and it is consistently one of the best if not the best place in town. The menu does change seasonally but some favorites like the duck breast are always available. The meals may have a French flair but there is something for everyone on the menu. Mara, our server extraordinaire, had great recommendations for food and paired wines. We highly recommend Courchevel where you can experience some joie de vivre.
