This was a travel stop for a late lunch, and we wanted a place close to the river. Food and service were excellent. Prices for entrees and drinks were very reasonable, but there was an upcharge for each condiment. The outdoor seating area could be spiffed up a little. We had a pile of cable beside our table. We’d definitely stop again.

First thing first this is cash only which is a great move to keep cost low. Second part this is a dive bar which looks like a good time to come hangout at night with some friends. The food and drinks are fair. The service is was great. The burger was great had great flavor and was not burnt. The chicken strips and fries were fried fresh. I would definitely recommend this place if you want a place where the locals eat and hangout.

It’s the end of an era. It all started in college and had become a yearly tradition since probably 2006- meeting in EC to watch a Packer game at Court ‘n’ House with family for the camaraderie, delicious burgers, pull tabs and jello shots when the Pack scored, and halftime complimentary spread (which actually started as a potluck in the early years). With the new ownership, it’ll no longer be our go-to meeting spot, as all of the fun is gone.

Everything we had was very good deep fried mushrooms, cheese curds, chicken strips, burgers and waffle fries! But very slow to get our main dinner because it was packed in there! Our waiter was excellent at checking in on us for drinks!

The service was decent. This place is probably known most for their burgers. We went with the Friday fish special and regret it. The fish was overcooked/burnt and the fries were a bit droopy. They had also absorbed the taste of whatever else had shared the fryer. The meal did not sit well with our stomachs. The overall atmosphere is what you’d expect from a cozy Wisconsin dive.
