Been ordering from here for years and always get the same order but today both pizzas that we requested have extra pizza sauce barely had any sauce on them, not to mention the boxes did not say extra sauce as usual. The wings were tiny like they came from a micro chicken and the Alfredo pasta noodles were dry and looked like they only had oil on them. I called to let them know the order was wrong and the lady on the phone got an attitude with me and said that’s too bad that’s how we make the food. Will not ever do business with them again!!

After midnight they don’t take orders or answer the phone but take your money then have u wait around all night and never even show up. If I can rate a 0 then I would bc all they apologize and make excuses when it’s never going to change plus open/close when they’re supposed to is ridiculous. After reading all comments I don’t understand how they still open. Better off sitting in line for 45 at McDonald’s on main street

First time trying cousin Vinnys and we ordered a pepperoni pizza, steak hoagie, and a brownie. The hoagie was pretty good aside from it was a plain hoagie and it was supposed to have multiple toppings I had paid extra for on it. The brownie was warm and had a soft center. The pizza was absolutely terrible probably the worst pizza any of us have ever had due to this we will not be returning customer’s.

What an absolute joke. I’m used to the Cousin Vinny’s in Kettering which always does an amazing job so I assumed the Xenia location would be the same. Joke’s on me. Ordered one pizza, cheese & pepperoni, estimated delivery 1 hour. I get it, it’s Friday night and they’re busy. After two hours I call and all they can tell me is, “it’s on the road.” Ok, I already knew from the email I got 40 minutes prior but again, it’s Friday and I’m sure they’re busy so I’m trying to be patient. Then after more than two hours a driver shows up with the wrong pizza! Get your website together and give accurate times, and figure out how to not screw up a simple pizza! Maybe the manager from the Kettering location needs to come do some training at the Xenia location. I should have looked at the reviews before I ordered, this location clearly can’t operate.

Ordered online sts 60minutes. After 90minutes I called, a female answered saying it wasn’t ready yet and hung up. I called back to speak with a manager and it was the female who hung up. She said if I called by phone I’d know the order time was at least 90 minutes. She became rude when questioned why two different times. She told me I should watch how I talk to her because she is making my food and that’s a promise. She insinuated in tainting my food and my order was never delivered. Very unprofessional!

Ordered from this xenia location many times and unless im picking the pizza up myself they are often late or sometimes dont show up at all. Ill Place an order at 130am and it will just never show up.They never answer the phone after 130am so you dont know if they are closed or busy. I have been to many other locations kettering is a great example ive never had an issue with kettering. The xenia location however seems to be plagued with issues and its putting a bad taste in my mouth for cousin vinnys. Cousin vinnys please step in and help this location raise its standards to that of the kettering location.
