I have order carry out & delivery from here multiple times over the past year and always tipped even though I have had issues with this restaurant. When I order delivery the drivers always make me come outside almost to their cars to get my food. This last time I did not tip for that reason and when I put a $0 tip on the receipt the driver pretty much threw the food at us, spilling the drinks every were. When we called to complain above t the driver doing this, we asked for a manager and the phone was handed to someone. When we explain the issue the phone again was handed to somebody else and we were told there was nothing they could do even though or drinks was spilled all over the place so we didn’t get a drinks as they were spilled everywhere and this is absolutely not right from a place that considers themselves a hometown pizza business. F- & Lost my business!

As a valued customer who orders atleast 3 times a week, I will no longer order from this location EVER AGAIN! I ordered the little deal and only was delivered pizza no breadsticks. When I callled the manager said you can come to the store and get your breadsticks or you can pay another 5$ delivery fee FOR THEIR MISTAKE!! I had it delivered so I wouldn’t have to go pick it up. What happened to customer is always right! Horrible customer service and refused to give me cooperates number. It’s common since that the little deal comes with breadsticks. I bet the employees ate my breadsticks!! Lazy delivery drivers also they make you come to the car.

Good pizza but they can’t decide how much it costs. I order the same thing every time. Got my third different price in 2 weeks today. They said it’s more because if I want half deluxe half 2 toppings they want full deluxe price PLUS more for toppings on other half. Said manager confirmed and denied it was different than days ago, which it is. Treated me rudely and with impatience. Pizza not so good that I want to be nickel and dimed for it, not so good that I’m willing to be browbeaten by grouchy twentisomethings. Guess I’ll be done here. Sadface.
