Ordered two turkey sandwiches and asked for pickles and cucumbers to be added to both. None of those items were added to our subs. Took over 15 minutes for our two subs. Additionally- the person who ordered after I did, received their food first. Such an inconvenience. I regret stopping in.

They finally made my sub right…. And I noticed that eating it right away in the lobby is way better than taking it and driving home. Their fries are so underrated, it’s time they get some credit for being the #1 undisputed best French fries in the game right now.

Cousins just isn’t what it used to be. A whole ham and cheese sub (their least expensive sub sandwich) is now almost $16 after tax. For that you get their tasty sourdough bread, a few pieces of lettuce, onion, & ham sliced so thin it only has one side, some mayonnaise flavored water, no chips, nothing to drink, and service without a smile. If this was the experience I had going to Cousins for the first time over 35 years ago, I never would have gone back a second time.

It was very busy and obviously disorganized. Employees were all over the place. We placed our order online for pick up and our entire order was wrong. On top of that we waited for 20 minutes 🙁

The food is the only decent part of this store, the employees are always uncoordinated and a lot of the time downright rude, the food takes forever to get out, and they can’t even get my order right half the time, I ordered two double cheese steaks and an Italian special and got one double cheese steak and one Italian special, and the employee working the counter gave no receipt so I couldn’t get the second double cheese steak even though I payed for both.

Love that this place is now corporate. The entire place is just managed better and cleaner! We have ordered several times using the apps and all the food has been prepared the way it was entered in the app. The soups and fries have been hot and fresh each time we have ordered. This past weekend, they were busy but drive thru line moved quickly. If you don’t want to wait a few minutes than go to a normal “fast food” place, food is made to order like Culver’s not sure why people are complaining! Wonderful staff and management. Thanks for remodeling and making it even better. We haven’t go sick from this location since it was remodeled and corporate took it over. The last management ran it to the ground, the place was so dirty.
