I have always enjoyed Cousins subs, I often go to the one in Port Washington. I got this sub and how is this okay? 2 pieces of bacon, forgot the tomatoes, a dap of Mayo and not even bread to cover the top. I don’t complain much, but it’s hard to know I spent $25 dollars on two meals for this horrible quality.

Just went to cousins and they were closed for the day during usual operating hours. Myself and 5 other customers had to walk away. There was no sign on the door to explain why they were closed and the door was locked. There were three other cars waiting in the drive through for service without knowing that cousins was closed as well

The absolute best staff! Generous and thoughtful. When they found out I forgot to pick up my lunch when my dog got diagnosed with an internal bleed, they delivered my sub for free and even offered to make one for my husband so we wouldn’t have to plan for dinner. Incredible. I can’t tell you how much it meant to us.

I have never had any team at any establishment care as much about my food allergies and safety as they did at this place! I came into this Cousins location about 2ish weeks ago for a veggie sandwich and I told the woman working the register that I have severe food allergies. She was very nice and went to the back to let another woman know (who I believe was the manager), I wish I caught her name! This manager then came out and jumped into action to help the team with making my sandwich. She kindly instructed everyone to change their gloves and get fresh knives, got me a fresh roll, washed down the counters, and was meticulous about making sure that none of the ingredients or surfaces were contaminated by my allergens. I bring up my allergies at a lot of food places and I have never seen someone care this much, it was really heartwarming and I just want to express my appreciation for the care that she and the rest of the team showed me. They went above and beyond. Thank you all!

This was the fastest Cousin’s that I’ve visited. We ordered a pair of club subs, and they were ready in about 5 minutes. If you’re on the fence, their Club and Italian Special are the best at showing off what they are best at. The fries are pretty good, too. The soda comes from a machine that robotically mixes the coke product of your dreams after you specify what it contains on the screen.
