Sub quality is hit or miss. More often miss than hit. Bread quality is regularly old, dry and crispy. Also, the crew over the last few weeks cannot figure out for the life of them what no mayo means… Pretty simple, common request.

I was so excited when they opened up in Richfield seeing that there isn’t a lot of food options around here but disappointed they always seem to be closed. I understand staffing issues but closing at dinner time you’d think they would open later to stay open a little later than 6pm.

Every time I come here it gets worse and worse. From them being closed on a Wednesday at 5 pm to the dinning room being closed and waiting in the drive thru for over 10 minutes before being helped. Why even open this location if people can not get food from here.

Just ordered a Reuben fries and cheese curds. The meat was slimy. The cheese had burnt pieces in it. Waste of money, threw it in the garbage. Don’t recommend, every time we try there, not good. They should of made that a Starbucks.
