Worst cousins experience I have ever had. I have gone to several from West Bend to New Berlin all great service this one can’t even put all ingredients listed on sub, let alone proper amount more like gives u almost empty bun. Ordered to go, got home opened sub opened pathetic sub (which I have ordered at other locations with good results) called location got a kind of sucks to be u attitude, and find out no manager. Had to run all the way back to store and get new one made, on their mistake. Didn’t offer anything for inconvenience. What a $hit $show. If u want a good sub don’t go here.

My experience at Cousins Subs was alright, this short girl, brown hair, tattoo on right hand of a flower, seemed a little to happy to be working, it kind of scared me. Otherwise, delicious food. I was served by a blonde kid, very polite, overall good experience!
