Oh my goodness. Absolutely ridiculous. Food was beyond soggy like a pair laundered socks. Vegetables were wilted and clearly not fresh. If you get extra meat, be prepared to have paper thin bread as it does nothing to hold in the ingredients to even experience the sun. Everything’s falls out. Prior to even eating the sun though, they prepare these 12+ inch subs and don’t have bags to accommodate them. They opted for me to carry my food over my shoulder like a log instead of giving me a carry out bag to fit the sandwiches or simply cutting everything into 6-7 inches or logical halves. Completely unprofessional and poor customer service not to do that or tell someone. Additionally, one of the sandwiches were wrong and I paid for things I didn’t receive. By the time the sandwiches were ready to eat it was soaked through every layer of the wrapping paper and absolutely disgusting to eat soggy bread and wilted vegetables. Likely will not be back.

Patronized this location on 5/13…everything was fine except the food…I usually come here and have a pleasant experience, but not this time. The cashier Nani, was very bubbly and upbeat….but the food was trash and way below usual Cousins standard. I ordered the half double cheesesteak…the bread was white; when did Cousins start doing this..‼️

This place is great food. Customer service is awesome. They do have a small dining room but very roomy. The gentleman told me they do a lot of catering and delivery service but they do take orders inside as well. I highly recommend to stop here to get subs if you’re in the area.

I love cousin subs and this location is one of the best that I have been to, in Milwaukee and surrounding areas. I have never had a problem with my meals, not made too sloppy etc. The employees are very pleasant and they are always busy, definitely a good sign.

Just left their found a long piece of hair on my cheese steak. When I first walk in it appears as no one was working I had a bad feeling. Cheese steak was cold and hot. I thought to try this location because it’s down the street from my job. But I wouldn’t recommend and cousin subs is my favorite
