Do yourself a favor and don’t order fries or cheesecurbs. They’ll tell you it’ll be “2 minutes” and then 15 minutes later they’re ready and your food is cold. The subs are great and I get why they want to make them right there so they’re fresh but the waiting is still frustrating. Especially when I ordered for pickup at 5:30 and am still sitting here at 5:50.

I went through the drive thru of this location May 20th of 2023…. My entire order was incorrect . Sub was super dry, fries taste as if they were drowned in grease. Service super slow. I went there tonight 04/25/2023 after work and the wait was so long! I got home and my sandwiches were thrown together with barely anything on it! They were stingy with the lunch meat and the tomatoes like are you serious, my bread was hard too! It was my first time there and I won’t be back! Oh yeah my mouth tastes like I just ate a cigarette and I’m so lost right now because I haven’t eaten anything since this morning so I know it was their food! I know there gloves weren’t clean. My mouth taste disgusting right now! I didn’t eat my fries and they weren’t even hot so they got cold on the drive home! I frequently go to the Germantown location the service is way better, you won’t have to wait long, way better friendly crew, food is WAAAAAY better and looks presentable too!

I personally love cousins, but the one in Glendale always gets my online order wrong. I’m a vegetarian and only expect 4 items on my sandwich but they always forget the extra mayo and never put any on at all. It’s extremely frustrating because I don’t realize until I get home and cousins mayo is special or something, lol. It takes better than the store. Why put specifics down online is the employees aren’t even going to read them. And they are never ready when stated they are suppose to be, ever.

Service is beyond slow. They move like molasses in there….no motivation..no drive…no sense of purpose. I wait 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches and it wasn’t even busy. The sandwiches were mad with disdain. Avoid it like cancer

They are verryyy skimpy with what they put on your sub-3 pieces of salami, 2 shreds of lettuce, like cmon. Got handed my fries and they all fell on the floor. Portion sizes are insane it’s like they arent stocked and will not fill a sub up.
