I have a few times gone inside to order. Not clean. I don’t know how it is now since the pandemic. I go through the drive through and one has to wait a bit to take an order. I don’t blame that because I know a lot of places are short on help. I ordered the chicken cheddar deluxe warmed and it wasn’t. And Cousins on Burleigh you need a remodel badly.

The cousins subs on 124th burleigh (12320). Has excellent customer service. So rare these days, it was refreshing! Every staff memeber was polite, all helpful, all staying busy, all had a smile on their face. It was nice.

Went to the cousin’s on burleigh and seventy six street. Walked up to the front door and the front door had a sign that said sorry no bread I know there are other cousins in the area and I know. They bake their own bread and I also know that if they needed to they could get bread from another cousin’s. However it’s easier to just be lazy and put up a sign. There was No customers inside the building but all staff was behind the counter. I drove Up to a hundred and twenty fifth and burleigh to go to the newly remodeled cousins. Walked in and was greeted by somebody while they were on their phone. After waiting about two minutes for her to get off her phone I was then told to just hang on a second she walked away from the register. Another employee walked over and said can I help you and I said yes I would like 2order, Okay she’ll be right out. This turned into another five minutes. So i’ve been in the building about twelve minutes now and have not ordered yet finally someone came over and took my order. It seemed as though everyone was ready to go home.. Nobody wanted to work.. I witnessed my sandwiches being wrapped up not knowing. They were mine but they were being wrapped up to go when I ordered for there. They called my number I went to pick it up and said could I have a tray please? I wanted this for here. There is no words used just a tray was placed in front of me and they walked away not good customer service. I just have to say that i’ve been a fan of cousins for many many years. It has now gotten so expensive and it’s the same amount of food that you normally get so I don’t know why prices are going up so much. I do know food costs go up but it should not cost thirty five dollars or two people that I have dinner. And also After over forty years of working in this business i’ve done everything except bartend I know how hard it is to deal With customers sometimes. After 40 years of working in food service and sales, I know how to work with people. I have found that a lot of times employees at cousins are very un -social. Lazy and just go away attitude! I have walked out after not being helped and i’ve also walked out after not being spoken to after being in a place for more than five minutes. I think it’s ridiculous how people still have jobs when they don’t do anything except stand there with look under face like I just Wanna go Home….. I would love to talk to management about this…

What an absolute joke. Went to this location at 7:35pm on a Wednesday night. Besides one car in the drivethru no other customers but myself. Ordered a cousins special ( cold sub) and received my sandwich at 7:53. Employees spent the entire time complaining about other employees using profane language. Used to love this place but will not be back.

So yet again another failure on cousins end. I am thoroughly disappointed in this company as a whole! I even drove out of the way to a new cousins thinking that this would end. Nope. I called in the order. Came through the drive thru and was asked to park. After wondering if they had forgot about us our food finally comes. At first they tried to make up for the wait with some chips and drinks. However I am glad I didnt drive all the way home and realize I had the wrong sandwich. Really? Was supposed to have 4 cookies got 3. No ketchup in the bag i had asked for and to top it off no receipt or napkins in the bag…wow just wow. New establishment and still the same experience I’ve recieved from every other cousins.

This location was so clean and the staff was friendly. I made a tiktok about my experience if you want to see in real time @MalamaWorld. I ordered cheese curds that were so fresh. The fries were a little cold. The sub did not disappoint. The bread was soft, and it was made exactly as I asked.
