If this location wasn’t consistently bad I would have given them more than two stars. On tonight’s episode however. It wasn’t that they were “out of bread” at 6pm. Just poor sloppy service. No marinara for curds (I specifically asked they not forget), one literal pickle slice on my sub, husband had approximately 3 jalapeños thrown onto his sub. Make the drive to a better location.

We had a very disappointing experience at this location yesterday. We used the app to place an order for two sandwiches and then went through the drive thru to see if they were ready. We were told it would “be a while” and to park and someone would bring it out. After waiting another twenty minutes my husband called the store where it seemed there was a lot of confusion between the employees but our sandwiches were ready. We went back through the drive thru but no one came to help us so my husband finally went in the store to pick up. Our hot sandwiches were no longer hot and my husband’s chicken sriracha sandwich was lacking in chicken and other toppings. Overall, definitely not worth waiting thirty minutes and jumping through hoops for mediocre sandwiches.

my family and i were excited to eat here, havent had a sub sandwich in a while. we pull up to the drive thru, we all noticed a mouse coming from the trash area, running around and found its way by the door and seemed to have gone inside on the side of the building. our appetite of course, was immediately diminished.

Every time I place an online order, the procedure is different. This time I could select the sandwich but all customization had to be done in the comments box. I ordered a turkey sandwich and added provolone (in the comments box). When I arrived at the location, I was told by both the employee and supervisor that I had to pay separately for the cheese because I added cheese to a non-cheese sandwich and the app could not charge me for it from the comments box (which was the only place I could put it!). Dumbfounded over this silliness, I asked, OK, how much for the stupid cheese? 84 cents. A savvy supervisor would have comped the cheese and apologized for my inconvenience. A lesser customer might have gone berserk but I paid the stupid 84 cents and went on my way.

Avoid this location at dinner time. It is either understaffed or not competently staffed. Just after pulling up to the drive through both the cars in front of me pulled out of the line and left. I should have taken that as a sign and left myself. However, with those cars gone, I was next to order. I was promptly greeted with a “please hold a moment.” But, after waiting 7 minutes for the worker to come back, and not seeing any movement of the two cars between me and the pickup window, I left.

I want to start by saying I love Cousins Subs. But this location is terrible. Ever since they moved to their beautiful new building, their service is awful. You can never order online and if you do, you’ll definitely wait when you get there cause they only have 1 person working. The worst service I’ve had from a fast food place recently. Just way too many options in the area to put up with it. DO NOT order at this location until they get service management under control.
