We don’t live in Wisconsin, so haven’t heard of Cousins Subs. Their bread was very good & fresh, the flavors were good, and their cheese curds and fries were soooo good. I also loved the cherry- lime shake. The dining room was nice enough, and the staff worked hard to get everyone’s order in a short time. I did feel that my sandwich didn’t have enough lettuce, but they gave me more when I asked. Now that we know their name, we’ll look for them when we’re visiting!

Pretty good. Sub was a little sloppily put together and our subs were fairly different sizes even though they were supposed to be 7.5″ each. They did put down fresh fries for us though, and it all tasted good. I’ll go back.

Does take a long time for subs. Spent 30 minutes or more waiting. Usually a long wait every time. I understand times are busy and they are training new people. Was standing there for a long time and manager never said anything to me. Like a we will be with you or even a hi. He seemed more concerned about a French fry on the floor

Pretty disappointed. Ordered a hot sub and the chicken, cheese, and bacon were melted onto the paper. By the time i got home it had cooled enough that it was stuck. Couldn’t get the food off without paper attached to it.

The food is good and the employees for the most part are nice but they are ridiculously slow. If you order well in advance you’ll still wait 20-30 minutes after the scheduled time. Don’t go during your lunch break unless you have more than 30 minutes.
