They used to be a good place to get a sub. Not any more. Tonight wanted a takeout Philly with provolone cheese rather than what normally comes on it. Got home, opened it, and no provolone like I had ordered. I guess you need to unwrap it before you leave to make sure you get what you want. Time before this when I ordered a to go, I was asked three times while waiting if it was to go! So I guess based on these two times, no one bothers to read what the order says in the computer!!

We ordered a hot ham and cheese sandwich – came home and it was a regular cut sandwich. We also order a club with no onions and oregano. Opened up the sandwich with onions and oregano on the sandwich as well. Please read tickets. This is the 2nd time this happened to us.

I really like the food, but the service is atrocious. When I walked up to the counter, kid on the other side gives me a blank stare, like i was interrupting something. He doesn’t greet me nor ask the typical questions about the food, (i.e. will this be a meal? What side would you like? Nuthin’.) Turns out i was, as once I walked away he and the rest of the staff resume an engaged conversation with a customer they must know well. The contrast between how attentive they were to another customer and how dismissive they were to me was a little off-putting. But the food was made well and made quickly so my experience with the food was good. Nothing a little service with a smile can’t fix.

Drive thru service was speedy and polite. Meatball sub taste was flavorless and meatballs were super mushy. I definitely wouldn’t order a meatball sub again.

I go here a lot, love the food. Today I was turned away because they wouldn’t accept legal tender in the form of a 50 dollar bill. If I can’t use money I receive from my bank then you don’t need my business.
