Wish I could give it -STARS! Pulled up to window after placing order and waiting behind a car to wait almost 30 minutes before the window even opens or is greeted. They never give me the drink just took me money and shoved the bag at me and closed the window again. I called and was told they could “put me down for a free drink next time” but I don’t live in the area. So I told them I wanted a refund. Only way they could do that was if I go back and return everything. So I did that and had to wait another good 15 minutes for the refund. Then I was told I won’t see the money till maybe tomorrow after the refund and that was disappointing for me. Very rude and untrained staff. Also when I called with questions about the refund I was hung up on.

Would have ordered $40+ worth of food, but couldn’t get to the drive thru until 7:40pm. All the lights were off, including the drive thru sign, but thought I’d still try since they claim to be open til 8pm. When I pulled up, I was coldly greeted with the usual greeting plus the info that they are not making anymore hot subs. I understand all sides of this interaction, but still think that 4 15″ subs would be worth keeping the grills hot for an extra 15mins. Disappointed to say the least.

I recently learned they have a deep fryer and flattop grill here. Its on my list to order a hot sandwich and fries. I was floored its not microwaved like other places. Great bread which makes a sandwich for me.

I ordered a 15 inch Philly Chicken and large diet coke. The bill came to 25 dollars. I thought that was a little pricey so I called the next day and they said it should have been $20. Elijah then offered me a free cookie OR 10% off of my next purchase when clearly the difference was 5 dollars. The offer was insulting and the customer service was terrible.

The dinning area was clean, all the tables are 6 feet apart or farther. The employees are super friendly. Everything about the sandwiches were awesome! The bread was fresh and soft the vegetables were all fresh, no wilted lettuce or nasty tomatoes(on the cold sub) The meat was tender and flavorful.

Absolutely absurd how the lack of customer service and rudeness from the so called manager at this location. I ordered subs with no veggies because of a food allergy and the subs came with all the veggies. Won’t replace the subs and wanted to give a 10% discount. CREDIT CARD COMPANY IS GETTING CALLED FOR A DISPUTE CHARGE.
